Ok, I searched, but found mostly old posts. I'm hoping to hear from a few folks who've been using one or the other for a while now. In the midst of our build, Op Z and I are trying to decide whether "modernizing" my 91 connectrs, changing fuel rails, etc. and buying 740's is the way to go, or. . . Buying the Border 850 kit complete. My profile shows the build that is underway. Specialty and Operation Z aren't all that familiar with the Border kit, but it seems to have good reviews. Has anyone (shop folks) done a 91 upgrade to 740's (connectors, fuel rails, etc.) and a Border install? Just trying to get a handle on the better deal versus long term reliability, and of course performance. I swear I searched here and on tech, oh yes, and on google. But I'm hoping to hear from you fine folks right on point. Vendors can email with super-reduced prices too of course :-)
